The charity funds the team running the Molecular Imaging Research Centre. There are many specialist skills between the employees and many years of dedicated training within the area of health sciences. The team originates from a mixture of NHS Trust trained staff and university research professionals.
Pictured above Professor Pat Price is an inspiring leader in the clinical oncology field, a true pioneer in PET molecular imaging. Pat has been a key advisor to the development of the Molecular Imaging Research Centre and remains a champion of the charity’s work for the north of England.
100% of the donations received go to fund vital lifesaving research and provision of medical scanning facilities.
Please note all funds are used in full by the charity to further its objectives.
