As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, members of the Daisy Appeal team recently took part in LabLogic’s Radio-HPLC workshop. Our Quality Control Manager Rebecca Hargreaves, and QA/QC Specialists Amanda Finn and Bassim Abdulwahaab, visited LabLogic’s Headquarters in Sheffield to take part in advanced training in Radio-HPLC for radiopharmaceutical manufacture.
Staying up to date with best practices and the latest equipment is essential to ensure the Molecular Imaging Research Centre (MIRC) delivers its full potential. By strengthening skills in advanced quality control methods, our team is maximising the Centre’s capabilities and helping to bring the greatest possible benefits to patients across Hull, East Yorkshire, and beyond.
The day proved extremely valuable both in terms of training content and as an opportunity to network with experts at LabLogic and other centres across the UK. Events such as this embed the MIRC firmly into the national landscape and demonstrate the impact of collaborative learning. The Daisy Appeal is grateful to LabLogic for generously providing this event free of charge.
100% of the donations received go to fund vital lifesaving research and provision of medical scanning facilities.
