Sunday Lunch at Drewton’s

Daisy Appeal is inviting supporters to enjoy a relaxed and sociable Sunday lunch at one of East Yorkshire’s most picturesque venues, all in support of its Scan for Life campaign.

Taking place on Sunday 14 June 2026, from 12pm to 3pm, the event will be held at The Manor Rooms at Drewton’s. Guests can look forward to a delicious two-course lunch made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, alongside live fundraising and great company, all in aid of a vital local cause.

Priced at £600 for a table of 10 (single tickets also available), the lunch offers a wonderful opportunity to come together while helping to fund Daisy Appeal’s work to improve diagnosis and treatment for cancer, heart disease and dementia. A charity auction and raffle will also take place, giving guests additional ways to support the campaign.

The event supports Scan for Life, Daisy Appeal’s latest fundraising initiative to enhance early diagnosis across the Humber region. The campaign aims to raise £3 million for a new state-of-the-art digital PET/CT scanner, increasing annual scanning capacity from 4,000 to 10,000. Earlier access to diagnostic imaging can play a crucial role in detecting serious conditions sooner, improving treatment outcomes and saving lives.

Scan for Life also builds on the legacy of A Mischief of Rats, continuing its spirit of community engagement and fundraising success.
